  3. Verification Details: To help us locate your records, please include the email address used to register for our services and, if applicable, your unique account ID.

The Deletion Process

  • Verification: To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing the request.

  • Timeline: Once verified, we will purge your personally identifiable information (PII) from our active databases within 30 days.

  • Finality: You will receive a final confirmation email once the process is complete. Please note that this action is irreversible.

  • Scope of Deletion: This request covers all personal data provided to or retrieved by our applications, including your name, contact information, and any linked profile data.

  • Legal Exceptions: We may retain certain information if required by law, for legitimate security purposes (such as fraud prevention), or to fulfill existing contractual obligations. In these instances, data is archived securely and restricted from general use.

  • Third-Party Platforms: If you accessed our services via a third-party login (e.g., a social media platform), deleting your data from our servers does not automatically revoke permissions on the third-party side. We recommend reviewing your "Apps and Services" settings on those specific platforms to manage their individual access to your data.
