Return & Refund Policy

We partner with multiple fulfillment providers, including Printify, Printful, and Modalyst, to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Because each supplier has its own return and refund policy, our return process varies depending on the product and supplier. Please read the policy carefully before making a return request.


General Return Guidelines

  • All sales are final unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Because many of our items are print-on-demand or dropshipped, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color variations.
  • Returns are only accepted for qualifying issues as outlined below.

Return & Refund Policies by Supplier

Printify & Printful (Print-on-Demand Products)

  • Eligible Returns:
    • Wrong item, print, or size received (if different from the order confirmation).
    • Defective printing, misaligned graphics, or significant print errors.
    • Damaged products due to manufacturing or shipping issues.
  • Return Window: Must report issues within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refund or Replacement:
    • If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund if the product is out of stock.
    • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

🚫 Non-Returnable:

  • No returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or subjective color differences. Please refer to size charts before purchasing.

Modalyst (Dropshipped Products)

  • Return Eligibility: Policies vary by supplier. Some products may be returnable, while others are final sale.
  • Return Window: If the supplier allows returns, they must be initiated within 7-14 days of delivery (varies by supplier).
  • Refund or Replacement:
    • If a return is accepted, the item must be unused and in original packaging before a refund is issued.
    • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued once the supplier processes the return.

🚫 Non-Returnable:

  • Personal-use items, custom-made goods, and certain apparel or accessories may be non-refundable per supplier policy.
  • Dropshipped items may have different return eligibility based on the supplier’s terms.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email [your support email] with the following:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging
    • A description of the issue
  • We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund as necessary.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect items.
  • If you need a different size or color, a new order must be placed as we do not offer size exchanges due to our print-on-demand and dropshipping model.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on the supplier and your bank’s processing time.
  • Refunds will only be given if the return meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide order details and clear photos if applicable.
  3. Wait for approval and return instructions from our team.
  4. If the return is approved, follow the instructions provided (including return shipping, if required).
  5. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the supplier verifies the returned item.

Final Notes

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect.
